National Roofing Company employs two types of Single-Ply Roofing Systems (SPS), Thermoplastic and Thermoset.

Thermoplastic and Thermoset Roof Membranes are a flexible sheet material which are applied in one-ply configurations typically on flat or low-slope roofs. Composed predominately of synthetic polymer, SPS membranes are strong, flexible pre-fabricated sheets which suit both new construction and refurbishments. Some of the advantages of SPS pre-fabricated sheets include a consistency in quality of the membrane and accessories, versatility of attachment, and superior waterproofing characteristics. In addition to providing a durable roofing system, SPS systems are life-cycle cost effective and available with highly-reflective “cool roof” surfaces, to reflect the suns’ rays, contributing to a buildings overall energy efficient plan.
