Pembroke Pines Senior Housing Tower 3, Pembroke Pines/FL
This is a Senior Residency owned by the City of Pembroke Pines. National Roofing was contracted by Haskell CO. to replace the roof. New roof systems installed included:33 Squares of Soprema Modified Bitumen Roofing system over lightweight concrete, 23 squares os Soprema Modified Bitumen Roofing system over structural concrete and 15 squares of clay tile roof. This project was completed in December/2007.
