A third generation professional roofing contractor, National Roofing Company’s Chairman and CEO, Louis T. Crispino’s knowledge and passion for the industry is the driving force behind NRC’s outstanding reputation, growth and success. From daily division reviews with team leaders to weekly progress meetings and site inspections, Louis engages in every project and product which bears the company name; ensuring that every client’s expectations are met or exceeded.
National Roofing Company’s Senior Vice president and CFO, Debbie Zapora, grew up in the roofing industry. Following in a position of leadership in her grandfather, Louis A. Crispino, and father Carlo L. Crispino’s company, Debbie is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting department and advising the CEO and President on all major financial issues and decisions. Since joining the family business in 1988, Debbie has strategically increasing the company’s financial stability; an asset shared by National Roofing Company’s clients, vendors, employees and the communities in which they do business. 
Steven Allen began his career with National Roofing Company’s Baltimore headquarters in 1992. As a mechanic in our Sheet Metal division, Steve’s talent, dedication and ability to execute multiple interrelated tasks prompted his promotion to the division foreman in 1994 and Superintendant in 2002. By 2007 Steve was relocated to National Roofing Company of South Florida’s offices as the Director of Operations, where today he manages the scheduling of multiple crews, enforces National Roofing Company’s strict quality and safety controls on the job site and prepares progress reports for clients throughout the course of the project. 
Edward joined the National Roofing Company family in 2001 as a Supervisor and Foreman in the Baltimore, MD office. With a background in both the construction and roofing industry, coupled with on-site project management and client and crew relations, Edward currently heads up Nationals expansion into green roof integration as the Garden Roof Division Project Manager. 
Raul joined National Roofing Company in 2002 as Roofing Mechanic at the Melbourne facility. In his current position as Service Manager of National Roofing Company’s Fort Lauderdale branch, Raul is responsible for all phases of the service department operations, including the submission of technical proposals, inspection reports and arranging project materials and equipment. A natural problem solver, Raul is the first on every job site to resolve unforeseen conditions, and the last to manage all manufacturer warranty and client close out documentation. 
With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S in Operational Management, Quincy brings a strong analytical and technical background to the National family of companies. As the Lead Design Engineer, Quincy’s talents in graphically displaying a project in advance affords NRC’s operation team the opportunity to develop the most cost effective, time-efficient strategies, and a pre-construction visual for clients. In addition to his responsibilities with National Roofing Company, Quincy’s extensive knowledge of the roofing industry, coupled with his engineering skills, has played an integral part in the development of sister company, National Solar Products, innovative solar panel racking systems. 
Donna joined National Roofing Co., Inc in July, 1989 and oversees the administration and accounting department of the Baltimore, MD branch. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Donna works closely with all divisional managers ensuring the accuracy of OSHA logs, vehicle and equipment maintenance are scheduled in a timely manner as well as lending an extra set of eyes to bid documents and client correspondence. 
Heather joined National Roofing Company in July of 2011 at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. Heather has worked in the roofing industry since the year 2000 and has an A.S. as a CSI from Broward College, 1994. Heather's responsibilities for the company are contract administrator, to assist estimators with public and private bids, pre-qualifications, working closely with Executive Management, processing monthly billing, subcontractor & project management assistance, roofing repair bids and scheduling service repairs.
Eric joined National Roofing Company in July of 2011 at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. Eric has worked in the roofing industry since 1991 and has a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech 1989. Eric Bearden is also a Florida State Certified Roofing and General Contractor. His primary duties include estimating and project management. 
Glenn is one of National Roofing Company's newest members, joining the company in 2011 in the Baltimore Office. Glenn joins the family by bringing over 25 years of construction and design expertise with him, the last several years having been in Project Management within the architectural industry. Utilizing his leadership, communication, and industry experience and knowledge has proven an invaluable asset to the company, especially with regard to customer service relationships and management.
Daniel joined National Roofing Company in 2010 as Supervisor and Foreman at our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. His keen ability to detect opportunities for ever-increasing efficiency, together with outstanding work ethics and high standards of customer service, made his a smooth transition to his current role as Corporate Asset Manager. Daniel's 35-plus years of leadership management experience is a complementary addition to the National Roofing Company family. 
Michele joined National Roofing Company in August of 2009 at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. Michele is in charge of payroll, A/P, vehicle maintenance, procuring bid documents and works closely with all levels of staff and management.
After earning his B.S in Civil Engineering from Florida State University in May of 2009, David began his career with National Roofing in June of 2009. David exemplifies the ideal qualities that the National Roofing family expects. While possessing multiple achievements, most recently placing in the ninetieth percentile for his roofing license, David's professional contributions to National Roofing are beginning to mount. David's passion for the industry, and eagerness to improve, reflect in his daily duties: managing projects, estimating, and providing daily schedules for employees at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.
Nick joined National Roofing Company in 1991. With a background in Sheet Metal, Nick has designed and fabricated many of the patterns at National Roofing Company. In 2001 Nick was promoted to a Quality Control Foreman and has maintained a safe working environment by keeping up to date with all safety standards. Presently serving as a Supervisor at the Baltimore City, Maryland office overseeing the materials that are being sent out to the various job sites.
Rick is one of National Roofing Company's newest members, joining the company in 2012 in the Fort Lauderdale office. Rick has a B.S. from the North Dakota State University with a Major in Business Economics and a Minor in Mathematics. Rick has worked in the Construction Industry for forty-two years and thirty-six of those years in the Roofing Industry.
