Re-Roofing Building 7 at Northern Virginia Training Center. Fairfax, VA. NRC is converting a flat built up roof to a pitched metal panel roof. Project includes installation of all new structural framing, structural roof panels and new skylights. In order to install new perimeter metal, new masonry decorative block had to be installed two courses high to achieve the correct heights and flashing requirements.

The pictures above shows the metal framing being installed over a flat built up roof. This framing starts at the edge and goes to a peak at the center of each roof thus creating a pitch roof conversion.
